PATH PARAMETERS
Ticket **key** in the MasMovil ticketing tool (e.g. `ATC-20923`, `INST-7902`). **Important — key vs. id:** every ticket has two different identifiers that must not be confused: - **key** — alphanumeric reference in `PROJECT-NUMBER` format (e.g. `ATC-20923`). This is the value you must pass in this parameter. - **id** — internal numeric identifier (e.g. `937328`). This is a different field returned in the response body and must NOT be used as a path parameter. Always use the key. Using the numeric id will result in a 404 or an unexpected result.
